While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods you have 14 days starting from the day your order was delivered to ask for a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid and not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund. To return items, contact us at email@example.com with your order number and we will instruct you accordingly.
If you decide to refuse to pay the tax and return the parcel, please note that we will deduct from your refund any import duties related to your return.
Items purchased in your Mystery Box cannot be returned.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Send an email to inform us of your return.
Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
Place the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order.
Close the box and tape it securely.
Post your parcel using any of your preferred methods.
We kindly advise that the items on sale for no profit projects cannot be changed or returned.
We recommend posting within 7 days of your Return Request and requesting proof of postage to guarantee that we receive your parcel within 14 days. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
