RETURNS

If you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods you have 14 days starting from the day your order was delivered to ask for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that the refund will be processed only once the returned order has been received and inspected at our warehouse. It may take up to 14 days from receipt of the return for us to issue the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee. Refunds will be set at the price you paid and not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), and all items purchased during MAGAZZINO SUNNEI.

EUROPE
The handling fee for a return is EUR 15 and it will be deducted from the total amount of the return.

EXCHANGES

We offer to our European clients the chance to exchange your product to a different size within 14 days.
In case of exchange, your item will be sent as soon as we receive your returned product at our warehouse.

EUROPE

REST OF THE WORLD
